        1. Dr. Kurtz Memorial Wiffleball Stadium

          Professor Brian Scott, Department Chair of Agricultural Sciences, explains the purpose of the wiffleball field, a Hidden Gem outside Building 80.

          Provides students an opportunity to practice maintaining a turf and field on a small scale. 

          He also shares some memories of Dr. Kent Kurtz, a mentor, friend and inspiration to many for whom this field is named.

          This Memorial Stadium is dedicated March 24, 2012 in honor of our Professor, Colleague, Mentor and friend. He inspired multitudes to dream big and equipped them to achieve those dreams.  Long live his influence and generosity through the countless lives he touched.
