Ground Floor:
Enter building from 60 - Lower Patio from north/west (Note: North facing patio hidden from view on map). Enter Building 60 to hallway, turn left and proceed to Elevator on the Right.
Roof:
Exit Elevator, proceed along the path to the left, making a left and right towards the Observatory dome.
